L 'icia Ellen M iller celebrated her ninth birthday b y giv ing a belated dance party for 11 o f her classm ates on Sept. 16.

T he Navy recently granted a fiv e - day em ergency leave to Fred O ver­ton because o f the death o f his paternal grandfather, Fred L. O ver­ton o f H am pton Bays.
