The inspiration of this project is the Rubik’s Cube mechanical system as a space solution. The Rubik’s Cube is made by flexible pieces that are articulated with a nucleus or central core, enabling connections and interconnections, change and balance. This dynamic piece–whole relation is at the very roots of the NEXT company and addresses to many of its spatial needs, like agility, flexibility, adaptability, changeability, and continuous development. The NEXT calls for resilient, contemporary, dynamic, and balanced spaces that can be changed anytime, for example in times of post-pandemic.
This project suggests articulating flexible spaces around a central core to facilitate agile practices, real estate optimization, and connections between people, tasks, locations, and levels that empower change by the need of the individuals, teams, users, company, and business. The design idea includes a timeless, colorful palette, brightness, basic geometrical shapes inspired by Atlanta's art street and their influence on Pop-Art. The project also focuses on well-being, safety, and green strategies that make every space unique, playful, and memorable for talents and guests of mindfulness.

In this project, flexibility is also supported with multi-functional spaces. Space assignments shown here are exemplary with an exception of private offices for the director and team
leads and learning/development consultant workstationsTo allow flexibility, pieces (spaces) around the nucleus
are designed with sliding partitions/doors.

The added level makes an acoustic atmosphere for the resident zone. And a cozy area for nomadic zones with ADA accessibility, (as a ramp). All zones are distributed to be dynamic and flexible. To create spaces to rejuvenate the areas. Furthermore, the post-pandemic design is included
in the circulation and furniture location. The space is designed to help physical distancing feel more comfortable, minimum 6' distances to working or walking. Also, adding new elements to workstations. Like create new atmospheres, enclaves' stations, and video conference
areas to reduce density in the workplace and makes that every corner useful and valuable
