BEING CLEAN
I MUST BE ALL NEAT AND CLEAN
UNTIDY I MUST NOT BE SEEN,
I TRY TO BE CLEAN FROM TOE TO HEAD.
I BRUSH MY TEETH, I RINSE MY MOUTH
AND GARGLES TOO VERY LOUD.
TO KEEP CLEAN I BLOW MY NOSE,
AND EVEN CLEAN BETWEEN MY TOES.
I WASH MY HANDS WITHOUT FAIL,
ONCE A WEEK I TRIM MY NAIL.
I BATHE AND WASH AND COMB MY HAIR
AND LATER PLAY IN FRESH AIR.
THIS IS HOW I MUST STAY CLEAN,
BECAUSE CLEANLINESS IS A PART OF MY DEEN.

Make a cover page with a health logo designed by you in a 15x15 cm square
Label the cover page of the folder as Good Habits: Health & Cleanliness
Write your name on right hand corner along with class and section.
ACTIVITY 1: KALEIDOSCOPE EYE
Kaleidoscope is an optical instrument that has mirrors and loose pieces of
coloured glass inside at one end of a tube, different symmetrical patterns can
be seen while looking in through the other end of the tube.
Each of the pieces of glass in the given Kaleidoscope eye contains a letter.
These letters can spell a few words related to health and cleanliness.
Read the given clues and write words using these letters given in this
kaleidoscope.
Take a printout of the given activity and paste them on a bright coloured A4
sheets , colour the given kaleidoscope eye with your choice of colours and make a crossword on your own using these words
