Does the TelePacific solution utilize the public internet for VoIP?
No, we don’t. TelePacific provides private access circuits for voice and data services to our customer’s
locations. Calls traverse the TelePacific private, secure network to the PSTN. We provide end to end QOS,
calls never touch the public internet providing SLA’s of 99.999% uptime!
What happens to my service in the event a natural disaster?
The HPBX application servers are housed in geographically diverse SAE 16 data centers providing full
redundancy over the TelePacific private network- assuring the confidence of your solution being “always in
service”.
Do I still call my phone vendor for support?
TelePacific provides one contract, one contact, one number to call for all your telephony hardware and
connectivity needs. TelePacific is a 24/7/365 company and are always available!
