Certification
I researched on the British Board of Certification and looked up the rules which apply to age 15 certification. In a 15 rated film you might see any of the following:
strong violence
frequent strong language (e.g. 'f***').
portrayals of sexual activity
strong verbal references to sex
sexual nudity
brief scenes of sexual violence or verbal references to sexual violence
discriminatory language or behaviour
drug taking
Other ratings
By looking at the list of what may apply in a 15 rated film I think we would choose to rate it 15. Main reason being is that we will use frequent strong language and discriminatory language or behaviour. However we chose not to rate our film any higher (18 or 18R) because we won’t be using:
strong portrayals of sexual activity
scenes of sexual violence
strong horror
strong blood and gore
real sex (in some circumstances)
Mr. and Mrs. Smith
This is one of our chosen inspirational film trailers. We chose this film because it’s very similar to our narrative/storyline. This film is a 15 certification, with very little strong language but a lot of violence. Our film will be of the same elements which is why we feel that a 15 rating is acceptable.

This is the trailer to Mr. and Mrs. Smith to give a rough idea of what elements we will be including in our film trailer.
