1. As you land on http://tallyho.in/apps a list of tournaments
are listed. The tournaments are taking place across the country and
the city or town name is highlighted with a link. The other
information about the tournaments are also listed like the
tournament level, start date, type of court and the organization
who is conducting it. Note on the right top, you are not logged it
yet. You can browse through the website to get information without
having to login. Each tournament goes through many states when it
is Inviting the players can enroll themselves, then on the Enrol by
Date, it status becomes Upcoming, when enrolling is stopped and
draw etc. being prepared. On the start date the status turns to
Ongoing and finally it comes Over. This is when the tournament
moves away from this page.
2. The tournament detail screen has more information that the
previous page. It also has all the categories in which the matches
are going to take place, like under-12 boys or girls. While the
tournament details are just for information, the category list has
information and links. Each row allows a player to enroll under
that category. One needs to sign in to enroll. Click on the link
and it will show the login window or click on the item Guest to
login anyway. Once the category draw is prepared by the organizer,
the option of enrolling taken away. It is possible for a player to
enroll even after that by contacting the organizers directly. If a
player wants to enroll in the tournament and does not want to
register with Tallyho, they can do it by contacting the organizer
directly.
3. Selecting the draw-status link on a category will show you
the draw that has been prepared and published by the organizer.
This view shows who plays with whom. There are 2 draws main and
qualifying (optional). Later when the matches are going on, this
view will keep updating with the progress of this tournament
category. This view will also me available to the mobile users
(after Sep 2015)
4. On the tournament detail page, select one of the prepared
draws Main or Qualifying. You are presented with the list of
matches in the form of Player 1 v/s Player 2. Select the match you
wish to watch. Each row has information like the round number, R1
for round 1; and match sequence as per the draw sheet. This view
will also me available to the mobile users (after Sep 2015).
Parents and friends can get the updates of the match sitting at
their homes or offices.
5. The match scoreboard shows up with both the players (or
teams, in case of doubles) and the set and game scores. The green
boxes are set scores and pink ones are for game-score. As shown
below, this match has not started. Its scheduled date and time will
be added. Note you are able to view this on mobile app as well (in
Sep 2015). There are various scoring and tie-break rules available
best of 15 games, best of 3 mini-sets or sets and best of 5 sets.
Different categories can have any combination of these rules.
6. On the tournament detail screen, select to enroll under a
category and you will be required to log-in. If you have already
registered with Tallyho, go ahead else Sign-up with us (shown
later). This view will also me available to the mobile users (after
Sep 2015)
7. You are asked to confirm the details one last time before
you enroll yourself. Check the location, dates and category. Press
button Create to proceed. Remember that a player need not sign up
with Tallyho to participate in a tournament published on it. Call
your organizers and they will enroll you.
8. Having enrolled yourself, you can check all your enrollments
by picking the main menu item Transactions My Enrollments and you
can view all the other tournaments/categories you have registered
for. If the organizers have already provided a seeding for you,
then it will show here else 999 will be shown. You can choose to
delete your enrollment by clicking the link Delete on the row. You
will receive an error message if you try to enroll twice for the
same category of a tournament. You will also receive an error
message if you try to register for a category meant for the other
gender. Jump to the tournament detail using the link on the left of
each row. Enrolling will be made easier on our mobile apps which is
under development.
9. Signing up as a player can be done on any screen by
selecting the main menu item Guest. Signing
10. There are 2 roles in which one can sign up. As a Player and
as an Organizer. It is free to sign-up either of the roles. There
will be a physical verification for the organizers however no such
verification done for a player. You can proceed by selecting the
Player role.
11. Sign yourself up by providing some basic personal details.
Email and username are important for enrolling in tournaments and
receiving alerts and notifications. Once registered an email would
be sent out to the email address provided by you. Follow the email
instructions.
12. Email notification from Tallyho will contain a link to
perform Email Verification. Some email application will show a link
in the email. If not, then copy the link and paste in a browser
address bar.
13. Now log-in with your new login ID and click on your
username to view your profile.
14. You can change password, delete account or log out. More
importantly, you can select the link View/Update Profile and add
further more information to your profile.
15. You profile also has provision to capture your AITA (All
India Tennis Association) related information like your AITA
number, AITA points, the state you represent and your (or your
parent's) mobile number. You can update any of these information by
clicking the side menu Update profile.
16. Update profile data and save. Since the remaining
information is not mandatory, you can cancel this transaction by
selecting the side menu item Cancel update.
17. Additional features for the player and public roles Add

Notifications about upcoming tournaments in your area Be able to
pay the tournament fees using a payment gateway to avoid a round
