Types of Seminars Traditional Seminars
Hotel Monteleone & Royal Sonesta 90 minutes
Cocktail service executed by the Cocktail Apprentice Team 80-200 attendees
Traditional Seminars can also include: Technique Seminars, Point/Counterpoint Seminars (Debate Style) & #SEDTalks Technique Seminars are limited to 50 attendees and are true hands-on seminars let by an expert or brand team.
#SEDTalks are 90 minutes with different speakers talking for 12-14 minutes. No tastings or cocktails served.

Seminar proposals are accepted between September 1th and December 1, 2016. Submissions are then reviewed by the committee and acceptances are sent in
early February. We will pair any unsponsored seminars mid-February.
