Project:

★ Patients worked with a professional 3 times weekly for 12 weeks

★ Patients continued program by self for 12 additional weeks afterwards

★ Aerobic Exercise; (Outdoor jogging, Treadmill, Recumbent or Upright Cycling)

Results:

★ Discovered that the exercise did help with the patients asthma symptoms.
