What was the research problem?Sports utility vehicle market (SUV) is one of the most rapidly growing markets in automobile sector today. With a growing demand to provide the best of experiences in terms of comfort and technology, a leading SUV manufacturer reached out to us to determine the potential buyer’s preference of SUV’s across Australia. Requirement also specified the standard quota such as – brands, regions, models, etc.
How did Borderless Access solve the problem?With access to over 69,000 respondents in Australia, borderless access advocated a choice- based conjoint study where we started targeting owners amongst general population. We sampled at a higher rate utilizing our panel counts and monitored progress at regular interval. Based on the outcomes, we sampled accordingly. To on-board the respondents with the surveys, we sent out regular invite texts and pre-screeners.
We were successfully able to monitor and identify key areas of buyers’ interests using our targeted surveys.
