What is done (Counter Model & Governance) haveshown positive results and lead to right track inSukma+ agenda or adaptation to climate change in theislands, but is still not perfect. It is necessary toCompletion, Advancement and Strengthening ofCounter Model (in Programmatic, Institution andKnowledge Management) & Counter Governance(local, national and even global level). Variety of theislands, ethnicity and biodiversity, led this effort mustbe done carefully so as not to bias the developmentand response to climate change is more appropriateand effective manner
Range area and different capabilities ofeach node (Focal point) or area of Island,
resulting in the implementation, replication and scaling up of the counter
model and governance is not easy, especially if associated with efforts to
reform and change at the national level. Therefore needed a proper strategy andcontinuous escort, including enhancedcapabilities to reduce disparities or gab
between each node (focal point)
