Change into appropriate sports clothing (5 minutes)
Warm up (10-15 minutes)
Using the Flip a coin workout complete the activities that
spell your name twice. Complete a range of static and
dynamic stretches before the main activity.
Stay at home activities (30 minutes)
Choose three of the stay at home challenges to perform at
home. Perform each challenge for a minimum of 10 minutes
and record your results.
Yoga 10-15 minutes)
Complete one of the yoga activities to develop your
flexibility and focus on your mental well-being.
Cool down (10 minutes)
You now need to gradually decrease your heart rate.
Complete some jogging either on the spot/in the garden.
Reduce the speed gradually every 30 seconds until you
reach a slow walking pace. Complete a range of dynamic
and static stretches.
