Floor Plan

Anything  that  is  black  represents  unusable  space  (ie  represen.ng  that  the  floor  board  is  a  foot  from  the  wall).  This  is  not  100%  perfect,  but  a  decent  representa.on.  The  door  and  window  measurements  are  approxima.ons  since  we  don’t  have

those  measurements  on  hand.  Panel  placements  are  flexible  and  will  be  explained  in  future  slides.

Window Space – Option I

The above fixture is our top pick for window, registration and stage modular display.

The backdrop can be changed to black (or any color) and the irregular cubbies allow for interesting product placement. We also propose

product atop the ledges and floral in the corner nook as per the proposal in large, lush contemporary sprays (please note floral inspiration options).

Window Space – Option II

The fixture at left is our second choice for modular display (for windows,

registration & behind the stage space).

The finish is a bit more transparent, and while the height is an asset and the geometric linear elements are

strong, it is arguably more expected. Should these be placed in the

windows, there would be optimal product placement, but perhaps not as

much transparency into the event space.

Registration Space

For the registration space, we will bring in a bar-like fixture, that has white covered panels in the front

and storage in the back for product and giveaways, as per

the image near left. The top will be mirrored glass.

The final registration area will appear as bottom left. Modular

fixture behind the bar will be continual with that previously mentioned for the windows.

As an alternative, we can use additional irregular modular

spaces, with tonal white on white background.

Carpeted runner will be black and white tiled runner.

Gift Space

For the gift space between the registration and stations, we introduce

a low credenza and four (4) 4x4’ mirrors above it, opening up the space

and adding additional branding via vinyl logos on the mirrored glass.

The fabrics at far left represent potential optic, modern and trend-right

patterns that may be considered for the fabric panels alternating between the stations and also along the side of

the event space. Suggested placement on floorplan.

Carpeted runner will be black and white tiled runner.

Salon Area

We would strongly propose the long Louis-style chairs in either the white or the black (preferably the white) for the salon chair, paired with the

silver console for two stations and one of the mirrors (either black or

silver) above each station. The station prep space

would be split with a bold, bright floral arrangement on the console table level as

well.

The alternative chairs (on far right) are both available

in white.

Lounge Area & Green Room(s)

Here  are  the  suggested  furniture  ideas  and  layout.    The  lamps  will  not  be  included  in  the  lounge  space,  but  will  be  part  of  the  green  room  area(s).  A  5x8’  area  rug  in  white  and  black  stripes  will  run  underneath  the  table.

Stage / Celebrity Area

A sleek stage will be build out into the space. Opaque white velour 24 oz drape

will fall beneath the stage space. All stage furniture marries back to units

previously mentioned. A small, nested side table will also be added to the stage with a bright, low fresh floral arrangement for pop in

photos.

Page 12: Suave Mood Board

Greenroom & Bathroom The smaller, loveseat (that coordinates

back to the lounge area sofa) will be used in the celebrity green room space. Lamps in both green rooms as pictured.

Celebrity space may have room for a leather chair, whereas we suggest the

white (or clear) ghost chairs for the model green room. Coffee tables can be

similar to those shown in the lounge.
