Music Opportunities at Carol Ave
Every Wednesday there will be Choir practice at lunchtime and Marching Drums after school. Both activities are open to all students and take place in M4. Choir started on 11th February. Come along if you love to sing.
The Marching Drum group began last year. Several students participated, with a regular core group of three. The group performed at two school events. This year we would like to expand the core group so that we can in-corporate solos and some choreography. Working together at keeping a beat while playing different rhythms & swapping the lead from drum to drum is an exciting challenge.
If you are willing to make and be surrounded by loud noises and like the idea of the group, get a permission note from Ms McMillan. The group starts this week, 18th February and runs from 3.30pm to 4.40pm every week.
