What do CELTA and SCD have in common?
Let’s start with the people who evaluate…
They are all experts in their field
They all observe practice over a period of time whilst participants move from unskilled…
…..to often very professional levels of performance
They all act as mentors and offer praise, constructive criticism and advice.
They all give a grade to the performance
Does all of this sound familiar??
Some ‘trainees’ are more naturally talented…….
…than others….
..and some learn more on the journey…
…but they all improve.
Is this a reasonable analogy?
