Introduction
Established in 1935, Resthaven Incorporated is an aged care
community service of the Uniting Church in Australia.
The Strategic Plan 2005 - 2010 sets parameters for the direction of the
organisation over the next five years.
Four Key Areas define objectives and action plans that remain dynamic in
nature. Additional objectives and action plans will evolve under the four
Key Areas over the five year period. The Resthaven Board will regularly
monitor progress in the Key Areas.
The strategic planning process involved research and consultation involving
the Resthaven Board, Executive staff and Program Managers. It builds on
previous strategic planning.
A mid-term review of the Strategic Plan will be undertaken in late 2008.
The overall plan will be fully reviewed triennially by the Board.
