Step for Step Directions for Completing the Online Registration Process
For Returning Students 2019-2020
1. From the school website for your child’s school, access the Online Registration link from the
Parent dropdown menu
2. You can find your Snapcode on the letter that you received in the mail (and via email) example
below:

3. You should see this screen once you begin the process – returning users will use the same
email/password combination from last year. If you forgot the password, click on “Forgot
Password”:
4. When prompted, entered the information required to create your PowerSchool Online
Registration account. Creating this account will allow you to save information as you enter it, to
copy information from one child’s registration form to another (if you have multiple children), and
to access your completed registration forms.
5. Once you have created your account, you will be prompted to provide additional information to
authenticate your Snapcode. Provide the requested information and click “Continue”.

6. Start the Returning Student Registration process by clicking “Next” on this page, and enter the
information requested by the online forms.
Note: Required fields are marked as “Required”, and Bethel School District will receive the data exactly
as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization, and punctuation.

7. Verify and complete the Student Information: Add information into all required fields and reach out
to the building for the following fields: Legal Name or Gender Identity. This page will show NEXT
YEAR’S VALUE and NEXT YEAR’S BUILDING

8. Click on “Next” once you have completed the Student Information
9. Verify your Family Information and click “Next”…

10. Review Contact Information (this will pre-populate with current data) and click “Next” once
complete. This page will show 2 guardians and up to 4 emergency contacts – emergency contacts are
not required. To remove a contact, click the REMOVE CONTACT button

11. Proceed through the form and review the priorities set to designate in which order contacts are
called in the event of an emergency – you may update these. Guardian priorities are always 1 and 2
(unless only one guardian), then subsequent Emergency contacts will be numbered 3-6

12. Health Update Confirmation – This page shows the current medical alerts listed for the student,
review and answer whether or not the codes need updating-

13. Health Information page - Starting with Recent Health History, review and answer questions as
needed, plus view Health Medication note and acknowledge Immunization Policy. There is also an
opportunity for free dental services for grades K-8 from White Bird Clinic here in Eugene.

13. Complete Transportation Information and click “Next” once complete.

14. Please read required Agreements and Statements
Click that you have read or agree to each one
Click “Next” at bottom when completed
15. If you have documents you need to upload as part of the registration process, you have the option
to do so on the Document Upload page by uploading .pdf copies of documents you have scanned and
saved on your computer. Alternatively, you can bring these documents with you to your child’s school
to submit them.

16. Donations – If you wish to donate money to the building to help other students whose families
may not be able to pay the fee, please select the amount desired:
17. Provide your Electronic Signature to certify the completeness and accuracy of the information
submitted and click “Next” when complete.

17. On the Review page, please review the data you have entered and complete any required fields
you may have missed.
Click on each field marked “Required” or “Invalid Format”, and complete or correct your
information.
Click “Next” when complete.
18. On the Payment & Submit page, you have the option to select and submit payment information
for your child’s 2019-2020 school fee. You also have the option to pay these fees in person at your
child’s school, if you prefer – Use appropriate payment methods to defer or process fee – here is the
drop down: If selecting a Waiver – a new box will open asking for the code of S (PAY LATER) or W
(CANNOT PAY)

19. Upon successful submission of your form, you will be directed to the submission confirmation
page that lists next steps, and the ability to enter the next snapcode if applicable:
