A) Weight Loss : Using Step 1 ● If you are overweight, and you are on Metformin you should be able to use any Steps for weight loss after consultation. Preparation to weight loss start from ( every Step : 2 weeks ) Step 5 → Step 4 → Step 3 → Step 2 → Step 1 ( weight loss until ideal weight )
