Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ, I had a baptism by fire my first week here. The Totus Tuus camp began Sunday night I hosted the team Sunday night for dinner. Monday morning over 50 children were all over the place. They were beginning a journey of faith, that includes learning, praying and playing. They had fun and the place was filled with noise and laughter. Wednesday night saw the volun-teers (parents, grandparents middle schoolers and friends) provide a terrific selection of food, which we all enjoyed. All this is what the journey of believing is about. The opportunity to learn, to pray and to play and along the way meet, share and make new friends.” Love One Another “, Jesus tells us. We show that love in action. Your faith and generosity show that Jesus is alive and journeying with us
In Christ,

July Manna News Buying manna cards is an easy way to help make some ex-tra money for our parish. All the cards are purchased by the church at a discount. The cards are sold at face value. If you buy a $25 card, it is worth $25 at the vendor. The difference between the face value and the discounted price is profit for our parish. We sell Jewel, Mariano's, Wal-Mart, Subway, Meijer and Speedway to name a few. Thank you for supporting the Manna program to raise money for church

Family Centered Faith Formation Registration in Progress
For a family experience of faith formation, please be sure to register for classes that will begin in Septem-
ber. In this unique model for Religious Education, fami-lies come once a month to experience the faith to-gether. Then, at home, they complete two lessons each month which build on what they learned at church. The home lessons involve video clips,
games and worksheets that are done together. They are fun and interactive, providing a family-friendly
way to learn or review the truths of the faith. Don’t miss this great opportunity to deepen your
faith and the faith of your children! You may see a preview of how the program works
by visiting our FCFF website sfx-religious-ed.org
Registration forms will be available in the racks in the vestibule beginning April 1.
Questions? Please contact Penny Giunta at 815-609-8077 x 205.
