In a globally competitive and challenging business scenario, thehuman resource management or personal management is a relative title for
all aspect of managing people in an organization.
Today Human Resource occupies, more than ever, the centre stage of
all economic activities. It is alarming time for all those organization that
wish to be successful in global markets to gear up and implement desired
shift in their prevailing.
Human resource management is the process which develops and
manages the elements of an enterprise i.e., recruit; select, training &
development of an organization, it not only manages the skill but also the
attitudes and aspiration of people. Human resource management is
concerned with integration getting all the members of the organization
involved and working together with a sense for a common purpose. HRM is
a proactive rather than reactive, qualitative improvement of people who are
considered most valuable asserts of an organization.

METHODOLOGY OF THE STUDY
The Study is about the statutory compliances in an Organization. It
deals with the title of the study, the questionnaire design, the various sources
of data collection, the study instrument used i.e. questionnaire, the lastly the
presentation of the study.
TITLE OF THE STUDY
The title of this study is A Study on STATUTORY COMPAINCES in ZYLOG SYSTEMS PVT LTD .HYDERABAD.
QUESTIONNAIRE DESIGN
QuestionnaireTitle: Questionnaire on STATUTORY COMPLAINCESS
The sample for the study was chosen by means of simple random sampling
technique. The sample covers all categories of employees from several
departments of the company from G3 to G7 i.e. from DGM Cadre to
Officer Cadre. As the study was intended to measure the effectiveness of
statutory compliances. The size of sample was fixed to 30 employees. The
total responses of the sample for each question were counted and then the
percentage for each of them is obtained with the respective weight -age
given to them. Then the overall weight age average for /each aspect is
obtained. The analysis is done on the similar manner for all the aspects and
the identification of statutory compliances is obtained.

Data Collection Method
Data for the present study is collected through two sources i.e. through primary data and secondary data.
PRIMARY DATA SOURSES:
The primary source was obtained from all the employees who are working in
zylog systems .Also data is collected through questionnaire, Interview with
concerned person, various documents provided by the HRD personnel and
through the observations.
SECONDARY DATA SOURSES:
Company Website ( [email protected] ) Human Resource Management Book. MIHIR- In-house magazine at dairy.
Business Magazine. Secondary source of data is collected through records and files from
the administration. And the remaining required information from the
institutional guide.

SAMPLING SIZE
The sampling for the work man level-55

AREA OF SAMPLING
A sample was required for the study because the number of employees at the
ZYLOG SYSTEM LTD. is difficult to consider the all employees therefore
a representative sample were select.
SAMPLING PROCEDURE
This study cocedered the stratified random selection technique. This is
technique which can provide them with all of employees ,as there are three
different levels the top, middle and low levels beneficiaries to the welfare
schemes, the sample include employees from the all these levels.
STATICAL TOOLS APPLAIED IN STUDY
The researcher used is structured interview schedule for collecting of data.
The total is used to get firsthand information end to make clear the intentions
of the respondents the study the researcher used the interview schedule
consisted 10 questions for data collection

SCOPE OF THE STUDY
The study covers the various aspects of Human Resources
Management which helps in determining the performance appraisal system
in the organization.
LIMITATTIONS OF STUDY
Some of the employees did not reveal the data due to the fear of the
management.
Due to the busy work schedule of the employees, they could not spend
time on giving much more information.
The study did not cover all the employees in the organization.
Study is quality perspective has only been qualities the information
gathered in this regard is mostly through information discussion.

DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION
Data required to prepare this report has been collected in a very
sequential order by using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was prepared to
collect the opinions of all the employees. The questionnaire contained a
column about the opinion to know about the performance of the employees
after performance assessment, to evaluate the effectiveness of impact of
performance appraisal. Analysis of data is done for employees views in thequestionnaire which reveals the impact/effectiveness of the performance
appraisal system. A question wise analysis is undertaken and accordingly
interpretations are drawn. The analysis is shown through tables and the
respective graphs.

Interpretation:
From the above analysis we can clearly see that the majority of respondents (90%)
employees are satisfied with the present STATUTORY COPLAINCES of
organization. The remaining 10% employee is not satisfied.

Interpretation:
The above analysis shows that around 43% employees are strongly feel that
STATUTORY COPLAINCECE of ZYLOG SYSTEMS is effectively design andsimilarly another 43% people are also agree on this. By the pie chart we can easily
find out that overall 86% of the respondents believe that of is effectively designed
.On the same note 14% employee thinks that statutory compliances is not effectively
designed .

wants new attributes through which assessment is done. So that management can

potentials.

FINDINGS OF THE STUDY
From the study done on the ZYLOG SYSTEMS VPVT LTD, we found out
the following facts.
STATUTOYR in ZYLOG is effectively designed.
Participation and discussion should be allowed during their
assessment.
Rewards and recognition system should be improved.
The employee at ZYLOG is satisfied with the present STATUTORYmethods.
Employee of ZYLOG believes that to give the statutory
compliances has to give.

SUGGESTIONS
The following are suggestions:
Supervisor should spend a certain amount of time with employees and
discuss the importance of S.Compliances Then this would be help a lot to
the employees to know the importance of statutory compliances.
Participation and discussions with employee, should allowed during
statutory companies.
Giving feed back in itself is a process of controlling the behavior of employee, it must be given to each and every one and it is means of
making the employee recognized and not neglected.
