Ourbodypreventsusfromseeingthetruth(thelightfromoutside)thatwearetheBrahmanandletsoutlightthoughthesensoryorgansandmakesusdeceiveourselvesbyfeelingthatwearehappy.ThissimileofapotwithholesforthebodyoccursinmanyplacesinIndianphilosophy.
