The Gen 2 system provides a sealedfor life encapsulated ECU, thuseliminating interconnections.

The Gen 2 system utiliseswell-recognised EB+ connectors,and the slide lock mechanismhas been improved to allow eachconnector to be removed andinserted individually.

QRV
The Gen 2 system provides upto three reservoir connections,which allows complete installationflexibility for vehicle manufacturers.
This flexibility not only providesa rapid installation, but allows thereduction of pipe lengths.
The Gen 2 system has beendeliberately designed to ensure easeof vehicle installation.
All the ports and electricalconnection positions have beenchosen to provide easy identificationand are aligned to allow brakepipes to be bundled together, thusproviding an efficient cost effective,overall installation package.

ILAS-EILAS valve will automatically raise or lower an axle depending on the load being carried.
Thus saving tyre wear onlight loads, and preventing suspension damage to thetrailer for heavier loads.

The lateral accelerometer can be mounted externally or you may opt for the integrated version on the EB+ ECU.
Trailer Control ModuleThis trailer brake valve withemergency function, iscombined with a double pushpull valve (park and shunt)and a protection valve, giving further reduction in pipework.
Stability
This illustration of the Diag+software displays air pressuresof the braking system.
The Diag+ software will enable theEB+ system parameters to be setat installation. It’s connectors allowaccess to a wide range of otherfleet management information.Historical data such as speed,distance, brake demand and trailerloading can be read via the PC.

The new Super Aux functionality provides greaterflexibility; EB+ Generation 2includes three additionaldigital inputs (24V or 5V)on the grey-colouredpower connector.
This enables functions tobe added depending onother signals available inthe same junction box asthe 24N power.

Soft DockingSoft Docking provides added security when manoeuvring around the loading area by applying the trailer brakes whenreversing into the loading bay. Its optical and acoustic warning signals provide information to the driver through two ultrasonicsensors. They operate in light/dark conditions, offer quick andeasy installation and are ADR Zone 2 approved.
Info PointThis device will instantly indicate if the trailer has a fault in the braking system.It is used to alert for any faults in lining wear, sensors,colas etc. Available in 7Mand 18M cable variants, InfoPoint is easy to install to EB+auxiliary points.

MonitoringTo protect your trailer, TTM offers several optional monitoring features:

This cost effective Telematic solution for Trailer management, provides remote diagnostic possibilities, together with EB+. A universal model is also available for retrofit on any trailer.

Good overview – all your trailers are displayed on a list where any abnormal status will be highlighted
A map function allows youto display present and historical positions on a map
Fleet+ has replaced Fleet Log; this feature will enable operators to view the information directly in a graphical format without using an external spreadsheet program.
There is also access to more detailed historical information. Knowing (for example) how much braking the trailer has done, how much load it has carried or when the Roll Stability function has activated can be very useful if the only report is ‘poor braking’ or ‘linings worn out quickly’.
