Step 1a – Register to use InHomeScreening.com
1) Click “Register”
Click the “Register Account” button at the bottom of the page. You will receive an introduction email with your log-on details

3) We automatically create 3 users for you to use:• Admin: Used to setup your account• Site Admin: Used to administer a specific site• Interviewer: Allowed to conduct interviews
2) Click “Sign In”
1) Enter in the information provided in the “Introduction Email”.
Step 3 – How to reset your password
After you enter your Password the first time, you will be askedto reset your password to one you choose.
Enter your new password twice and click the “Reset Password” button
Step 4 – Completing End User License Agreement
At the end of the End User Licensing Agreement, you will need to click either the “Accept” or “Decline” button to continue.

At the top of every screen, these icons known as the ‘Control Panel’ will help navigate through the site:
Step 6 – How to “Add a User” (Admin. Only)
1) Click “Users”
2) Click “Add User”3) Fill in Information
4) Click “Save User”
Step 7 – How to “Add a Patient”
1) Click “Patients”
2) Click “Add Patient”(3) Patient number,
Gender, and Race are mandatory. Other
patient information is optional.
4) Click “Save Patient”
Step 8 – How to set the “Current Patient”
Most panels show data specifically related to the “Current Patient “.
1) Click on “Patients”
(2) - Click on the “check” of the patient that you want to set as the
“Current Patient”
(3) – Click “Current Patient”
Step 9a - How to send an email to a patient
1) Click “Email Interview”
2) - Verify email information is correct, select custom
format, etc.
3) Click “Email Interview”
Step 9b - How to send an email to a patient
The link in the email is already coded with relevant information, so all they do is click the link and take the assessment.
The assessment results are sent directly to you – the patient NEVER sees the results.
4) – The email has been sent, the patient clicks “here” to
begin interview.
Step 10 – How to Buy Assessments
Placing your first order:There are several options available for creating your first order!
+ Call with a credit card number (this will be automated soon)
+ Pay by check, if you scan the check and send us a copy we will credit your account the same day!
+ Pay by Purchase Order, again, once you send us a copy of the P.O. we will fund your account the same day
Step 11 – Keeping Track of Your Available Balance
The system administrator can track the remaining balance by looking at the progress bar in the “Account Status” section. It will always show real-time balance percentage, total balance purchased and remaining amount available.
Please note: You will never be in a position where you cannot conduct interviews, ever! If your funding runs out you can still deliver the chosen assessment but in order to review the data you will need to recharge your account. As you can see from the below screen capture the first 4 assessment give you the option of viewing the data in HTML or PDF. For those that are conducted after your funding has expired an “exclamation point” shows up next to the results.
Contact your system administrator and we can typically resolve this in a matter of a few hours and NO DATA will ever be lost.
Step 12 – Running Assessments without Credits
The “!” means you have run
out of credits.
