Six Socialization tactics are:
Collective vs Individual, Formal vs informal,
Sequential vs random, Fixed vs Variable,
Serial vs disjunctive, Investiture vs divestiture
Institutionalized tactics contain Collective,
formal, sequential, fixed, serial, investiture restall of them falls in Individualized tactics.

The result shows that individual who are high
on tolerance, sensitivity, trust (agreeableness)
prefer Collective, formal, sequential, fixed
tactics
Individual higher on talkative, sociable
(extraversion) reports higher intentions to face
difficulty once began a new job

Hypothesis: New comers job clarity increases job satisfaction
and personality development which enhances the
organizational socialization
Newcomers higher on extraversion will have a

Agreeableness will be related to higher intentions
for general socialization
