landscaped urban plaza
enhances the Hotel and

and acts as a wonderful

Located 2 hrs from Pune city on a beautiful 999 acre parcel of land with rolling hills and lakes is the KHED SEZ (a Special
Economic zone) being developed by Kalyani group as a new industrial research & training center. 135 acres of land under the
KHED master plan is earmarked for the development of the Kalyani International University. Perkins Eastman developed a
framework plan for the KIU campus which includes S&T Institute, Aviation institute, Business school, Centers of Excellence and
a post graduate training program in research and development, as a residential campus with an integrated work live
environment.

Bhendi Bazar Redevelopment Role: Project Framework Plan Team (In Design)

Located in a rural setting, near the village of kamshet surrounded by beautiful green hills, this project is a Senior living
development with independent living and assisted living apartments and support services. The project is spread over 9.5 acres of
land with 450,000sft to be developed in 3-phases. The buildings are organized in clusters around a central green with road &
service access being limited to the perimeter .

NCBS Design Competition Role: Project and Design Lead (Concept Design)

Tata Vasindh is a senior living community designed for active adults in the 60-75 age group. The community is part of a
larger residential master plan for intergenerational housing developed by Tata Housing. The development proposes 106
independent living apartments organized as a cluster around a landscaped court. The entry to the community is through a
gracious double height passage directly into the courtyard which is activated by amenity spaces all along its length and
breadth.
Tata-Senior Living-Vasindh Role: Project and Design Lead (In Construction)

A small luxury residential development in an elite residential neighborhood in Kolkatta. The project is spread over a land area
of 1.35 acres. The design proposes 2 towers set atop a podium for parking and amenities with 2-apartments per floor & a
complete wrap around deck facing the southwest and south prevailing wind direction, offering a garden apartment lifestyle in a
tower format. The façade is designed as a series of screens and shading elements which allow the use of the covered decks
during the high monsoon season.
Godrej-Luxury Residential Role: Project and Design Lead (In Design)

redevelopment of the

housing &
administrative offices
and adds potential

development along the
western expressway,
creating a new
diplomatic enclave and
improving the
connectivity to BKC.
Bandra East- Mixed-Use Development Role: Project Management & Support

The design utilizes the
high water table &
existing land profile to
create a central water
feature tying the entire
development.
Bhubaneshwar- Residential Role: Project Management (In development)

A high end hospitality mix-use development located at the Juhu bay with beautiful views of the Arabian sea. This project
consists of a 340 key luxury 5-star Intercontinental hotel at the sea front and a 110 key business hotel atop a retail and
commercial base on the city side. The site is a narrow linear site with great street frontage on the north and the east, and a
beautiful green area along the bay. The design approach was to integrate all the different uses into a singular destination brand
and identity for the project.
Juhu-Hospitality Role: Design Associate (In development)

This is a mix-use development located on a main city road in Memnagar, Ahmedabad. The project has a retail component facing
the street and a residential development facing the inner courtyard. The site is a 2.28 acre land parcel with 300,000sft of
development area. The street facing 4-storey retail base helps cutoff the noise from the main street and forms a pleasant
backdrop for the courtyard, allowing the two 12 storey residential blocks to have the main courtyard view.
Ahmedabad-Residential Development Role: Project & Design Lead (In development

Located on a half acre parcel of land on the south western edge of Walkeshwar overlooking the queens necklace, this site
offers a spectacular unobstructed view of the Arabian see. The project is a 24-storey single family residential development for a
large business family from Mumbai. The project is somewhat of a mix of high-end hospitality living and urban high end
residential living.

The site is located in Karjat along the banks of the Posri and Dhar rivers amidst
beautiful idyllic setting of rolling hills and streams. The project scope was to
develop a master plan for high-end villas (370 villas and apartments) and
amenity spaces on a 54 acre land parcel as a themed development.

Helix Bengaluru is a bio-medical research and development campus that is being promoted by Alexandria Lab Space
Electronic City Pvt. Ltd. in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The master plan creates a cohesive identity for the project through the
use of strong public realm elements (boulevards, streets, terraces, courts, entry plaza), a common language for building
massing and stacking that is responsive to the public realm elements & a series of inner environments within individual
districts that cater to a research oriented clientele.

part of the Master Plan
for the Riverfront
Revitalization, the
outdoor plaza space at
the building facing the
river is a significant
design gesture which
seeks to support the
initiative taken by the
city.

Buildings are arranged
