1. You are required to reach the selection centre at least 30 mins prior to commencement of the test.It is mandatory to bring this provisional registration slip alongwith the following documents ontesting day :-

a. Original Computerized NIC of self and attested photocopy of father's CNIC b. Original Education certificates (including Detailed Marks Sheets)c. Equivalence Certificates along with Transcripts for A and O-Level Candidatesd. 02 Passport size photographs and white board marker

2. Calculators and mobile phones are not allowed within the selection centre premesis. 3. Following tests will be conducted after the verification of documents:-

• INTELLIGENCE

Note :- For HS-II, Mid Wife, Khadim-e-Masjid, STM (Book Binder), Tailor, Cook and Fire Fighter trades,only initial interview in lieu of Intelligence Test would be carried out at respective PAF I&SC.
