Projects Status of Continuous Improvement
1. Waste Segregation
The Federated PTA held a successful school wide clean up drive and waste segregation last February 2016 It was attended
by 356 parents/guardians and Grades 5 and 6 pupils. They planned to do it again in the coming Brigada Eskwela this May
2016 and thought of constructing labeled trash bins and garbage cubicles.
2. ICT Literacy of School
Children and Teachers
The teachers and pupils are using high end gadgets donated by school stakeholders during teaching- learning process. It is
the goal of the Federated PTA, Teachers Organization, and Supreme Pupils Government Organization to procure projectors,
laptops, and Smart televisions to provide every classroom with these equipment.
3. English LiteracyThe teachers, supported by the PTA, initiated the Special Technical Reading Intervention Program (STRIP) and the Read- Aloud
through Movies (RAM) to improve the English proficiency level of school children.
Status of Continuous Improvement (CI) Projects
Accomplishments
1. The school stakeholders procured 11LED televisions and 5 LCD projectors for use in the classrooms to enhance the interest of the school children to learn, thereby,
achieving quality education. It is their plan to produce more high- end gadgets.
2. The Federated PTA spearheaded the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program and School in a Garden Program (SIGA) by preparing the garden area for growing
vegetables. They have successfully grown productive vegetables where the nutrition coordinator harvested some of the ingredients of the meals for the Wasted and
Severely Wasted school children solving under nutrition and malnutrition in the school.
3. The Federated PTA initiated the floor tiling of all classrooms and they have already floor- tiled 7 out of 20 classrooms. They intend to cover the floor with tiles
of 5 classrooms this coming S.Y. 2016- 2017.
