•Collected over S$7.6 billion against an operating expenditure of S$67.4 million, spending just about 1 cent for every dollar collected;
•Processed 8.75 million customs & trade declarations, with 90% approved within 10 min;
•ICT operations constituted about 25%of total operating expenses
