Suitable for single operator packing and sealing of cases that are consistent in size, thismachine includes an infeed packing table, floating bridge, locking castors, interchangeabletapeheads and adjustable legs as standard.

Features of the SP-T include:

Floating BridgeThe floating bridge allows the machine toaccept swollen or out-of-specificationcases while providing consistent andaccurate sealing. A bridge-latch enablesquick and easy access to the bottomtapehead for quick tape reload without re-adjustment.

Twin Column ConstructionThe use of our unique twin column designprovides added stability for the tapingbridge to ensure the machine runssmoothly at all times with minimalinterruption and it provides the supportnecessary for the floating bridge feature.

Interchangeable TapeheadsThe instantly removable, interchangeable tapeheadsare easily loaded and are fitted with integral steelknife guards. This means that fewer spare tapeheadsare required thereby significantly reducing spareparts costs. Rapid tape reload (top and bottom) canbe achieved just by swapping tapeheads.

CompactOur machines have a compact footprintand will not take up a great deal of spacein your production area. They are fullyportable with adjustable legs with heightscales for easy installation.

EfficientThis machine is designed for quick and easy manualsize change and a tool-free changeover for each casesize and can be run by a single operator withautomatic taping to improve case packing efficiency.
