ABSTRACTHere’sanexcitingtoolforchildwelfareworkers.Socialworkformattedintosetsofquestionsanddocumentedwithsimplevideo,notjustaprocessorasetofquestionsandneednotbemorework.Socialworkersgettoseethevoicesofyouthandassistyoungpeopleinsettingtheirownrecordsstraight.Anditisalwaysaboutpermanence.Itcanbeaccomplishedwithinregularmonthlyvisits,albeitnotsinglehandedly.Thisdocumentdescribesascaffoldingprocessthatallowsyoungpeopletosafelypush-forwardthoughtsaboutthepast,thesystem,theirfamiliesandfriends,ideasandstrategiesforthefuture.Itisperhapsaboveallahealingprocess,therapeuticwithouttheburdenofbeingtherapy.
