LandDesign is providing full master planning and landscape architecture

services for a Fortune 500 company’s corporate headquarters. Two 4-story

office buildings and a 70,000 square feet R&D facility have been carefully

designed on the 35-acre site to preserve as much existing vegetation as

possible.

With a strong environmental vision for the campus in pursuing LEED

certification, re-used wood from white oak trees and found rock will be

constructed into boardwalk material and the main seating elements on site.

The campus will be equipped with a vegetated pedestrian bridge connecting

the R&D to the main campus area, a two-tiered water feature with a bridge

connection to the office buildings, a sport court, various outdoor meeting

spaces and a trail that weaves around the existing woodland.
