Operation & Management
A Managing Agent will manage the Creative Hub (initially 3 years) responsible for:
• Providing ongoing mentoring and support to the creative businesses;
• Letting the space;
• Providing administrative support;
• Managing reception;
• Build up occupancy levels;
• Make it sustainable and ultimately commercially viable.
Ilex is currently preparing ToR for Management Agent.
