Historical settings, garden settings, countryside settings and also in town square social contexts.
Students, visit the location
Learners rotate from one work station to the other doing hands-on Maths and Science activities related to the context where the initiative is taking place.
REASONS FOR DOING IT To have students engage in more fun Maths and
Science.
Acquire a positive perception of the subjects and strengthen the possibility of them choosing science at a later stage of their education.
To strengthen the idea that Maths and Science are all about problem solving and inquiry based learning.
REASONS FOR DOING IT To strengthen the idea that Maths and Science
teaching and learning do not have to be necessarily bound to the classroom. Science and Maths are everywhere.
