History Museum contains 21 meticulously restored locomotives and
cars. Numerous exhibits illustrate how railroads have shaped
people's lives, affected the economy, and shaped the unique culture
of California. Included are a Pullman-style sleeping car, a dining
car filled with railroad china, and a Railway Post Office that
visitors can actually step aboard. California State Military Museum

official historical research center of the State of California.
Today the museum contains over 33,000 artifacts, and an extensive
library and archives. The California State Military Museum has
