The Rowan University Ballroom Club aims to teach
the dance styles and also the beauty of the
performing arts. They teach various styles of
Ballroom, Rhythm, and Latin dancing. The club is
student run and also taught by a student from here at
Rowan. Sometimes they have guest teachers as well!
The club is both competitive and recreational.
Prior experience is not needed to join the club, and
they welcome students of all levels.

The Outdoors Club is open to anyone who loves the
outdoors or has a sense of adventure. Our mission is to
bring together Rowan students through a shared
passion for the outdoors. The club specializes in
Camping, Hiking, Backpacking, Mountaineering,
Kayaking, and White Water Rafting. We typically
sponsor 2-4 trips a month ranging from simple day hikes
to weekend long backpacking trips to even skydiving.

The Rowan Racquetball Club is a growing sport club within Rowan
University. It allows members of Rowan University to learn the
sport and hone their skills in the sport, all the while meeting new
people. The Club is a part of the Eastern Collegiate Racquetball
Conference (ECRC). The ECRC allows us to compete at numerous
regular season tournaments throughout various areas in the
Northeast. Depending on qualification, members can attend the
Intercollegiate Racquetball National Championships held each year in
March. The club allows members to not only to compete and
represent Rowan University, but also allows them to meet and
network with numerous other college students and coaches,
establishing relationships that last outside the court.

Founded in 2006, the Rowan Men's
Rugby team has had incredible
success in a short amount of time.
Originally playing in the division 3
Metropolitan New York Rugby Union, a
talented coaching staff brought the
team to an undefeated season and an
advancement to the division 2 Mid
Atlantic Rugby Conference in 2012.
Rowan has never lost the MARC
Championship, and taken several trips
to the Division 2 Rugby Elite 8 playoffs.
In 2017, the team will be advancing to
a newly formed division 1aa Mid
Atlantic Rugby Conference. Due to the
explosive growth of the team in recent
years, Rowan is also able to field a
developmental team this year that will
compete in the division 3 National
Small College Rugby Organization.

has the slightest interest in picking up a
