3. Operating Conditions of Compressor
3.1 When installed intothe refrigerating system,obey to accessories insrallation diagram.
3.2 3min。The period of turning down and restarting the compressor should be more than 3 minutes.
3.3 The compressor should not be left opened in the atmosphere for more than 5 minutes, otherwise the
moisture and impurity would enter into the compressor.
3.4 The degree of vacuum in the refrigerating system should be less than 20Pa room temperature just before charging refrigerant. The residual moisture should be less than 40ppm in the system.
3.5 Prevent moisture from entering into the enclosed unit system. When the moisture entered into the unit
with refrigerant R134a,the refrigerant oil and the organic compound material presented in the hermetic
motor will possibly decompose on the affecting of in the capillary depositing and the reducing of
insulation resistance.
3.6 To dehumidify the residual moisture mixed in the refrigerant in the cycling system, we suggest
install a dryer(molecular-sieve dryer) in the cycling system.

3.7 Prevent the impurities from entering into the enclosed unit system. When the impurities entered into the
enclosed system,it will damage the moving mechanism partsand result in capillary depositing.
Keep the system clean when assembly system. Non-CL cleaning liquid should be applied. Residual
cleaning liquid should not over 0.03g/m3 and no metal powder allowed in
system.
No welding powder or dust should be prevented when welding the compressor to pipe. The CL element
content in welding powder should keep in a low level.If the welding powder need adding some water,please
use no-CL water. Prevent oxi surface when doing dry-welding.
3.8 Lay down of the compressor is forbidden.Do not put the compressor in open area. The compressor should
be stored in clean and dry rooms.
