Roofing company striving for perfection when
something goes wrong
What do we do then? Well, the best thing we can do is
ensure ourselves it does NOT happen again.
Our goal? Make sure our mistakes happen only once.
**Thanks for your responsiveness with all my questions and promptness in taking care of a couple
small glitches.
Impressive follow-through by everyone involved.
~Springer Hunt, Seattle, 8/3/08
**Our gable vents were not closed off… Munched shingles needed to
be repaired later so a check list needs to be made to make sure all is completed correctly before you
leave.
You have worked with us to get it all completed thanks to Leslie being the middle
person.
~Suzanne Campbell, Everett, 10/16/08
^^Pro Roofing’s response: This was a good suggestion
one that we have since implemented.
Not only do we now have a check list but our roofers
will communicate with each homeowner every day
before we leave.
We’ll even do a walk around with you to make sure we’re catching things
and answering questions as things arise.
You can expect to be perfectly informed and
have everything done to your satisfaction when we
leave.

**Our only concern now is that there are numerous roof
tiles that are disfigured /bent. I assume they will
flatten our when the weather warms up…
~Susan Epps, Mill Creek, 12/21/09
^^ Pro Roofing’s response: Exactly correct. The roof shingles come in bundles
that sometimes get bent and stay that way until the
weather warms up.
They definitely lay down flat and glue together when the temperature gets about 60
degrees, and that is precisely what happened in this case.
About a week later the Owens Corning Woodmoor
shingles were laid flat together and glued tight.
It’s the best looking roof in the neighborhood!
