Risk Assessment.
Risk Prevention Responsibilities
Illness Although we cant help
if someone is ill we
must make sure that
when they are better
we shoot their scenes
but continue other
scenes where they are
not needed while they
are recovering.
None of us are
responsible for the
illness of a member of
the group.
Battery dies We must make sure
that the recording
equipment is fully
charged before taking
it out to shoot and if
possible take some
spare batteries or
recording equipment
just in case
It is the whole groups
responsibility to make
sure there is more than
one way to recover
recording if the battery
dies.
Camera breaks We must make sure
that when handling
the camera it is on a
steady stand such as
the tripod, however if it
manages to break we
must make sure there is
other forms of
recording equipment
with us
If it is a technical fault
with the camera it isn’t
our groups fault
however if a member
of the group breaks
the camera they must
take full responsibility.
Weather conditions
Make sure we film the
outdoor scenes which
we depend on the
weather for when the
weather is decent and
the indoor scenes later
on or when the
weather is poor
It is the camera
persons responsibility in
case there is any water
damage in the
camera. It is everyone
else’s responsibility to
check we have
decent weather
conditions for the
dates we plan to film.
Wrong costume We will make sure we
know what scenes we
are shooting a few
hours before going out
to shoot to make sure
we know what
costumes we agreed
to use for that specific
scene
It is the individuals fault
if they wear the wrong
costume
Broken computer We will make sure all
our data is saved to a
memory pen to
prevent us losing
anything if we have a
problem with the
computers. We will
then just move to a
new computer to
continue our tasks
It is not the groups fault
if the computer breaks
unless one of us have
done it accidentally
by spilling a drink over
it by accident for
example
