Presentation Notes
Ride2Survive approached us to create a campaign to showcase the fundamental difference between Ride2Survive vs similar event’s, which is the fact that 100% of the donations goes to research. Re-design the current R2S website.
Target Audience Mainstream Media Potential Donors
Riders
Our main goals were to educate people on the charity’s donation path in order to increase donations
creating more opportunities for research. Also to inspire people to feel the urge to get involved with the
charity and give 100% to make a difference.

Presentation Notes
We want to educate the media about R2S, highlight the unique fact that R2S gives 100% of it’s donations to the CCS and that the CCS doesn’t use any of that money for admission costs to the potential donors and to highlight and celebrate the success of the organization to the riders.

Presentation Notes
Going forth, we decided that these four products would satisfy the goals of ride2survive. We would Create three interview pieces showcasing how different participants of R2S give 100% and other aspects of r2s. A motion graphics piece showing how R2S gives 100% Re-design the website with clear calls to action and re-organize the information. Develop a campaign on Facebook to encourage more participation within the site, therefore creating more awareness through news feeds.
Concept
Giving 100%
Presenter
Presentation Notes
We saw a reoccuring theme of 100% with Ride2Survive, so we developed the 100% cycle and based everything we did to fit within this cycle. <?>->The biggest 100% cycle was the donation, Participants give 100% to R2S, then R2S give’s 100% to the CCS, the CCS then gives 100% back to the community.
Design Challenges
Integrating everything into the 100% cycle
Working and adjusting to change
Presenter
Presentation Notes
Our major challenge was bringing everything together to fit within our original “100% Cycle” concept. We had a few obstacles to overcome to adjust to the change and again fitting that into the 100% cycle was challenging.<?>
Facebook Campaign - Banners
Presenter
Presentation Notes
We hope that by coming to the website and viewing the videos and reading the information on the site, they will learn what it is to give 100%. They have a chance to share their stories through Social Media. Ride2Survive could display this on their cover photo on fb with a call to action to write on the wall. This is a great way to get more participation on the page, therefore creating more awareness of the organization through news feeds.
