ACE Students Attend Field Trip --Alumnus Joe Reyes Provides Opportunity

Many thanks to alumnus Joe Reyes (BT '79), owner of Reyes Construction, who again

provided ACE students an invaluable learning experience; Joe hosted a field trip to Robertson's

Ready Mix dispatch offices and concrete plant. Students were treated to a behind-the-scenes

tour of the concrete materials supply giant's operational control room that oversees order opera-

tions for 49 plants and 700 trucks. The trip concluded with a visit to a local Quinn-CAT

dealership where delighted students got to try out mini-excavators.
