In case you do not want to continue with the request to bind, click on cancel button on the email. The General Information screen will be displayed. Click on Submit/Send tab on the sidebar, the Quote Messaging – Quote Submission Options screen will be displayed.

Response Type : Return Adjusted Quote to Agent
This means that the MGA underwriter has made changes to the quote. You can view the changes. You can not modify any information contained with this quote. You can send messages using any of the following request types: Submit to Bind Submit to Review Submit message to MGA underwriter
Response Type: Unlock the Quote
When you will receive this email from your MGA underwriter, the quote is unlocked and you can make changes.
Response Type: Decline the Quote
This risk has been declined by the MGA

FAQs
Question: How do I get a ‘Quick Rate Indication’ in this tool?
Click on Quick Rate Indication button at the bottom of the Welcome screen or a New Rate Indication tab on the menu bar.
Enter required fields, Client Name, Location, and G/L and/or Property class codes.
Click on Rate Risk button at the bottom of the Rate Indication screen.
Total premium is displayed in the lower right corner and includes all state specific taxes.
Question: How do I search when search option is available?
There are two ways to search your item in the list.
Page through the list by using the [Previous Page] and [Next Page] options at the bottom of the list.
Use the Search function at the top of the list
When using the Search function, you may search an item by the options provided in the search dropdown if available.
You may make a selection from the dropdown to search.
Once the search criteria value is typed in the space provided, click the Go button.
If the correct item is not found, click the Reset button the refresh the screen and display the original list.

Question: How do I access an existing quote?
The quickest method is to click on the View Quote link in the quote email. Another option is to click on Existing Quotes button at the bottom of the Welcome screen or on Clients tab on the menu bar of this tool.
Use the search feature to locate the Client.
Search for quotes by Client Name, Current Address, City, State, Zip Code, or Contact Phone.

If you add property coverage to an existing quote, be sure to add the protection class to all existing locations otherwise you will receive the following error:
Utilizing descriptions simplifies working with multiple locations, buildings, and quotes. It also speeds up locating things in the system.
