From Our AdministratorAs we move forward into 2018, I want to share with you an exciting program called, “Guardian Angel Rounds,” that Regal Heights implemented last month. Each resident has an assigned manager as his or her Guardian Angel. Once a week, the Guardian Angel visits the residents assigned to them.
Our goal for the program is to encourage relationships, and improve customer service and the quality of care. At the end of each week, the Guardian Angels provide feedback for any issues or concerns to the Administrator and DON to address, if they haven’t been resolved during their weekly rounds.
We are excited about the Guardian Angel Rounds and we look forward to better serve our residents.
