LITIGATION

Raul focuses his practice on estate planning, trust andprobate, business, real estate, and litigation. He has beenpracticing law since he was admitted to the State Bar ofCalifornia in 1981.

In probate and trusts, Raul engages in a wide variety offiduciary, estate, trust and conservatorship litigation includingwill and trust contests, disputes between trustees orexecutors and beneficiaries, fiduciary issues, and financialelder abuse. His practice also includes estate planning,probate and trust administration, and conservatorships.

In real property law, Raul has extensive experiencenegotiating leases, purchases, and sale agreements. He alsopractices litigation involving title disputes and representingparties, brokers, and agents involving breaches of contract,fraud, and other breaches of duty. In business law, hisexperience includes formation of business entities andlitigation involving disputes, including disputes amongbusiness owners for breach of fiduciary duties, fraud,accountings, among other issues.

Raul received both his Bachelors Degree and Juris Doctorfrom University of California, Los Angeles and is admitted tothe U.S. Southern District Court of California and the U.SCourt of Appeals for the Ninth District.

Raul is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. He is marriedto his wife Laurie and has four sons.
