Results Advanced Search & Filters

The QHN platform allows for fl exibility in the usage of the system. The ability to search and fi lter results is a quick way to assist Users access the information they need.

• Login at: QualityHealthNetwork.org• The default Patient Search landing

screen will display. • Click Cancel, click outside of the

white box, or hit the Esc key to close this screen, if you do not want to search for a Patient.

• Click on the area you would like to access, My Results or Organization Results.

• You may see No Items Found as this view defaults to the results received in the last 24 hours.

• Click on Advanced Search.

• The Advanced Filter window will open.

Results Advanced Search & Filters

• Another way to further narrow your search is to click on Additional Criteria. This will open a drop-down selection window that allows you to select the data source.

• Once all desired search fi lters are selected, click Submit.

• In the Advanced Filter window select from the Received and Type search criteria.

• You may also select the number of results you wish to be displayed.

• If you wish to further narrow your search you may also enter Demographic Criteria. You do not have to complete all the fi elds.

• Click Submit.
