Mr.Kannan.
Goal of our project: Each branch in the Super Market receives the
“Product Details” from the various other branches.
The product details are entered in a database. Initial underwriting has been computerized with the help of Software being developed. Products database is being created with the software being developed.
Reports such as Business status, product wise report, Agent wise report etc is being generated with the help of Software being generated.
This application can be used in any kind
of marketing places. It is user friendly so any one can easily understand and use it.
This application is more secure. The person who knows the username and password can only use the application. The user rights are less than the “Admin / Stock Manager” so the user can not make any changes in the original data.
Portability:
Security:
Existing system:
• Supermarket Management systems are conducted manually.
• Data is stored and updated manually.• Chances of malpractice are high.• Wastage of time.• Not Economical.• Wastage of human resources.• Time delay in sharing the information between
the different units in an industry.• Calculations are done manually.• No efficient method for seeing the performance
of an industry.
• Marketing system has been computerized.• Calculations are done automatically.• Chance of malpractice is less since as we use a
centralized database and manager has the control over it.
• Less Time consuming for calculations.• It is more economical, since paper works and
human resources required is limited.• Reports for the Customer, Vendor, User and
Product details will be generated weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Database can be updated automatically
