All the users are provided username and password to access the portal.
Role based security implemented so that a user works in his area only.
BHEL and vendors can feed the Purchase order and place inspection calls online.
Auto SMS and email alert is send to vendor and RDSO personnel on submission of
Inspection call.
Vendors and BHEL can trace the status of Inspection call submitted to RDSO.
Inspector nomination is online and inspector gives inspection date online for
Inspection.
DM and IC can be generated online.
Software keeps tracks of Installments and stages of the Inspection process.
To access the online software the user has to type the web address - http://rdso.ggn.rcil.gov.in/qaep

Admin will login using the username and password provided and will get the main menu
after successful login.
Main Menu for Admin consists of:
1. View Inspection Calls 2. Reverted Calls by Inspector 3. Issue Certificate 4. View/Edit DM and IC 5. Status of Inspection Call 6. Report Section 7. Masters 8. Change Password
Main Menu for Admin Login
1. Inspection Calls for nomination of Inspector:
Admin will receive all the inspection calls placed by Vendor and BHEL Bhopal.
There two categories
1. Calls received From BHEL 2. Calls Received From Other Vendors
Inspection Calls Received From BHEL and Other Vendors
Admin Can Print Call Details by clicking on Print Call Details as well as view details in PDF Format.
Admin Can view Previous offered Calls for the items. If there is no previous detail then it will show a message as ‘No previous detail’
Admin will allocate inspection call to SSE by clicking on Nominate Inspector button.
Admin can Reject Call giving reasons. (if DP is low)

2. Reverted Calls by Inspector:
Admin can reallocate the call to another Inspector in case the Inspector reverts it back to Admin giving reasons. (In case item does not pertain to him, DP low, on Leave etc.)
3. Issue Certificate:
Admin will Approve Inspection Certificate after Final Stage Inspection.

4. View / Edit DM and IC:
Admin can edit the data of DM and IC in cases of errors and corrects it.

5. Status of Inspection Call:
Admin can view the no of cases at each stage of Inspection Process. Details can be viewed by pressing the “view details” link.

6. Report Section:
Reports can be generated on number of criteria’s like incomplete calls, Completed Calls.
