RINGING UP CUSTOMERS
• Greet customers with a smile• Scan items
carefully• Use correct codes
for produce• Uphold company

RINGING UP CUSTOMERS
• Make sure all grocery is accounted for
• Offer to help them out if they have more than two bags
• Thank the customer by last name (provided on their receipt)
GROCERY BAGGING
Keep cold and hot foods separated
Bag crushable items on top of durable ones
Double bag heavy items or split them up
CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
Assist customers with their problems to the best of your abilities
If unable then request a manager or supervisor’s assistance
Direct customers to Customer Service for all refunds, exchanges, and returns.
