SAFEGUARDS
Certifications Dangers with Oxygen continue to be underestimated in all applications in all industries. Components and systems designed not considering the challenges of Oxygen as their controlled media can be costly, up to and including loss of life. TESCOM regulators which are designed for Oxygen service, meet the following stringent requirements.• EN ISO 2503 or EN ISO 729, ASTM G175 Phase 1• ASTM G175 Phase 2
Emergency/Warning Systems Safeguard your central supply system by installing warning systems before a catastrophic event can occur.• The Emergency Switch-off System acts as an electrical operated quick shut-off for
main pipe systems, flow pipe systems or room pipe systems. All gas supplies will be stopped at the feeding points. A complete fail-safe warning system when used in combination with a control box and gas warning system.
• The Gas Failure Warning System is used in combination with a cylinder station in order to avoid a complete discharge of the cylinder which may cause an interruption in the process. Includes a signal box (Series SK), pressure switches or contact gauges and electrical wiring. The warning signal is initiated by an integrated horn, lights or an additional external indicator.
Flashback Flame Arrestors Protect your system by preventing the entry of air or oxygen into the distribution line or cylinders. Available for H2, O2, Air and Acetylene.
