    A. Corporate Social Responsibility:

Corporate Social Responsibility is defining the sustainable

responsiveness of corporate towards the empowerment ofsociety and its environment (human and material). This is what

to look beyond the profit & the changing scenario of corporate

    world.

According to the 2013 guidelines (Company Act, 2013)states,CorporateSocial Responsibility is the process by which the managers

of an organization think about and evolve their relationship with

stakeholders for the common goods, and demonstrate their

commitment in this regard by adoption of appropriate business process

and strategies. Thus Corporate social responsibility is not charity or

    mere donations.
