Fresh Berry Summer Trifle Recipe2- store bought angel food cakes1- large package of instant vanilla pudding mix1- large container whip cream such as cool whip, or 1 pint of heavy cream to whip for whipped creamseasonal fruit as seen in the picture such as strawberries, blueberries, bananas. blackberries, raspberries

Directions:Prepare the vanilla pudding according to package directions Make the whip cream if making from stratch wash and slice fruit Place a layer ( a nice 2 quart glass bowl may be used) with torn pieces of the angle food cake.

Place alternating layers of pudding , fruit, whip cream and cake. For the top layer, arranged your fruit in a decorative design. Use fruit such as bananas and peaches in the interior of your trifle as they tend to brown. Placing them in lemon juice will help.
