You can choose to speak or not.

Right to have a fast trial.

Right to a jury.
Amendment 8 - Cruel and Unusual Punishment
The punishment has to match the crime.
Amendment 9 - Construction of Constitution
You cant change the Constitution without a aments.
Amendment 10 -Powers of the States and People
People have the power to vote. States have power of choosing there laws.
Amendment 13 - Slavery Abolished
Can own a slave or another human.
Amendment 14 - Citizenship Rights
You have rights.
Amendment 15 - Race No Bar to Vote
Anyone over 18 can vote no matter what race or gender.
Amendment 19 - Women's Suffrage Women have the same rights as men.
